eBay Finds

Currently, I find myself enamored with the popular on going show called Fairy Tail, and just like any other devoted fan, I found myself on the internet looking for things to buy that relate to the show. While I was doing my rampant searches, I ended up on eBay, and while I was there I stumbled upon something that I found myself being drawn to. Which ended up being a wallet, now, it took me about three days to finally settle on purchasing the product because I was having an internal battle of: want vs need. In the end I convinced myself that because I was taking a mini trip to Texas, this wallet was a good place to put my passport!

At the end, I will link you to the seller I purchased the times from, here are a few photos of the product itself~

The wallet is 4 x 7.5 inches with a metal buckle to close it
It comes with a cute survey, which I found humorous since no one knows Natsu's age
It comes with A LOT of places to put cards, gift cards or business cards
In total it has 6 long pockets to store cash or checks
It came with a photo of Natsu & Happy which was a lovely bonus

Pros:
As described
Good quality
No fear of the buckle coming undone
Decent amount to card holders
Came with photos
Light weight
Good stitching
Decent size
Cons:
No place to put pocket change

The Seller:
100% Positive feedback
Fast shipping
Good shipping prices

So in case you wanted to purchase it yourself this is the seller:

Cosplay Tip

Hello lovely people!
Sadly it took me forever to post this since life has been so hectic (when isn't it?) but, I finally was able to prepare this post and finally share a quick tip with my fellow cosplayers!

As many of us know Anime Expo 2014 recently just passed and with Anime California coming up right around the corner I figured that this tip might come in handy for those people who are planning to attend the convention.

This tip is to help cosplayers organize their outfits for the day of the Con. I purchased my clear container at Joanns, it originally cost $14.00 but Joanns always has a sale going on every day so I was able to purchase mine for $7.00!

Inside I had a clear folder with a large size image of the cosplay I was going to do that day.

Since I was doing a couple cosplay I made two separate sections listing off what each outfit needs and what we can't forget. I wrote the day the outfit was for, and I also included a miscellaneous section on items I would need to care along with me.

I also found these small containers that cost me about $1.00 at Joanns also. Inside I would put in safety pins because you never know what may come loose the day of the con. In the other container I put in scrunchies and bobby pins.

I would keep the container inside the car with an extra set of clothes incase I wanted to change during Anime Expo. Having this with me actually helped a lot and there were no last minute melt downs thinking I forgot something at home.

So, I just thought I would share this idea with you guys and maybe this can help someone out!
Also here is how Christian and I looked as our gender bend outfits!

Last but not least here is our video at Anime Expo 2014!
Have a nice day, see ya next time!

Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Review
+ Alice in Wonderland Film

I purchased both these items on eBay and I am so happy with this purchase! I'm very loyal to eBay and a tip I can offer is when you are shopping for electronics, look at the rating the seller has, I don't go under 98%and I check the reviews people leave behind. At the end I will leave links to where I purchased these products in case anyone is interested!

The camera came with 2 double AA batteries, a cord to tie around the camera in case you want to wrap it around your wrist. The settings on the camera are pretty basic and easy to follow, the only thing I had a problem with was getting to turn the camera on. The step by step picture instructions finally clicked with my brain and I was able to use this easy peasy!

The shipping on this item was very impressive, I purchased this item on Saturday and then it arrived on Monday afternoon, had no problems with the seller and it was at a good price, I purchased it for $60.24

The alice and wonderland film has this basic pattern, when I first ordered the film I thought it came with different templates but at the end of the day it didn't matter, since it is still super cute! Putting the film inside the camera was a bit frightening at first since I thought I inserted it incorrectly but the photo just took a little bit of time for it to actually show. It comes with just 10 frames and cost just a little more since it is different from the basic white frame.

The shipping for this product was quick considering that it was being shipped from Taiwan, I had no problem with the seller and it was actually the cheapest price I could find for these Alice in Wonderland template. For the 10 pack I paid $11.60.

All in all the camera is compact, portable and easy to use, while the film makes the photo you took look even cuter
10/10

I just purchased my Anime Expo badges! If you are interested in going I suggest in purchasing your tickets as soon as possible because 4 day passes are already $65! Also on Anime Expo's tumblr, they mentioned that if you wanted to purchase 1 day passes you have to wait till May to pre register. I can guarantee you that prices will go up, so purchase them now if you are planning on going.

If you are planning to cosplay, there are 4 months till AX, I suggest that you start either sewing or purchasing your costume. Trust me, I understand you think "nah, I'll be fine theres still plenty of time" but no!! I have had a bad habit these past 3 years leaving my cosplays to last minute and at the Con in my head I'm thinking I could've done better if only I allowed myself more time. One idea I suggest that I am trying out this year is buying a calendar that is mainly going to help you manage your time when you make outfits.

Here is an example of how mine looks like:

It is quite a big calendar, it is meant for a office desktop, you can choose any calendar that you prefer, I just chose this one since it had a lot of space for the days and it had a place so I can put notes in case I need to buy something so I don't forget it.
I bought this at Office Max and it only cost me about $6.00 with tax included, so wasn't too expensive!

I'll do another post of the cosplays I'm going to be doing but for the most part I was just really excited I bought my badge and I wanted to share with fellow cosplayers this idea on how to manage your time if you do intend to make your cosplay!
Sorry for not updating in a while, I've been so busy with school and work! But, I will be documenting my journey to Anime Expo!
